Caregiver contact information (if authorized). 3. How We Use Your Data We process your data for the following purposes: - Operating and securing the Services. - Providing notifications and caregiver alerts. - Improving system performance and user experience. - Legal compliance and dispute resolution. 4. Data Sharing We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with: - Authorized caregivers (based on your consent). - Service providers and subprocessors bound by confidentiality. Legal authorities if required by valid legal process. 5. Data Retention We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the Services or meet legal obligations. Users can request deletion or export of data through the Echo App. 6. Security We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and our S.P.I.K.E. (Security Protecting Information Keeper and Enforcement) system to prevent unauthorized access. 8. Eve1One LLC – Terms of Service 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Eve1One LumaCore ecosystem and related products (Remé, Sisi, Frère, Doc, Luma Nest, Echo App), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. 2. Nature of Service Eve1One’s products are assistive and informational in nature and do not constitute medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent medical conditions. In case of emergency, contact local emergency services immediately. 3. User Accounts Users must provide accurate information and maintain account security. You are responsible for all activity under your account. 4. Consent and Data Usage Eve1One processes only the data necessary for providing the enabled features. All persistent memory, location tracking, or biometric collection is opt-in and configurable in the Consent Profile. 5. Emergency Handling The default escalation chain is: User → Caregiver → Emergency Services. Users can configure caregiver bypass, auto-escalation, and AI override authority when life-threatening risks are detected. 6. Security and Privacy Eve1One employs layered security through the S.P.I.K.E. system, including observation, containment, disconnection, and lawful deterrence protocols. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. 7. Acceptable Use You may not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or use them to harm others. 8. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Eve1One LLC. 9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eve1One LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 10.
